Hello @scarpinoc, maybe they need some kind of special code to be inserted to your website? Or how do they scan the website? I checked their website but I do not understand what they actually scans.

    Hello Ales,

I’m sorry, but I’m very newbie.
All I can tell you, is written on the online help.
Honestly, Siteground Site Scanner is an automatic process and I have never did nothing.
I received, every week, a report from this software.
But, after your plug-in was installed, I got that error messages.
Maybe you can write to Siteground support.

As you know, Siteground is one of the bigger WP hosting service and it’s pity that your plug-in has some problem with Siteground Site Scanner.

They are very kind and I’m sure that they will help you.

I would like to help you more but, I don’t know how ^__^

Unfortunately they won’t let me to contact them without an active account, which I don’t have.

Maybe you can try to contact them, why you recieve such an email with installed CMP plugin?:)

    Hello,

I chatted with the Siteground support but.. pfff.. useless, they don’t know nothing. tThey suggested me to “change plug-in”.

Another strange thing is that, before your plug-in, I was used:

IgniteUp – Coming Soon and Maintenance

And I had no problem with Siteground Site Scanner.
But it has some huge problem with OceanWP theme. That’s why I’ve changed it.

By the way, you can contact the Sitegroung, even without active account. Look at this screenshot

Yes, I tried, but that goes only to a sales person, not technical support ??

OK, not sure what to do at this stage – and you said even they do not know why it is not working, which is imho ridiculous ??

My suggestion is to ignore the Siteground Site Scanner(in my opinion useless anyway, unless you run a high audience site) while running in Coming Soon/Maintenance mode.

Once your site is ready, you can disable the CMP plugin and call it a day.
