CM toolip NOT working with Twenty Thirteen

Can you please explain what is not working and provide an example to a page where you should have a term to the glossary which does not work

So that is why currently I took glossary off the menu.

What theme are you using? Suggest to try to replace theme just for a test with one of WP default to see if this fixes the issue. I suggest this coming from a problem with the theme

I am currently using Twenty Thirteen as my theme…..so its default theme 2013
Then also using its child theme for xili language

I went back did ‘live view’ with my most current former themes…..Simplicity (Japanese theme not registered with WP), Hueman, but did not show glossary.

I also did ‘live preview’ with Twenty fifteen and Twenty fourteen but its same problem.
Only glossary did not show.

Some more questions –
Did you try to deactivate the child theme and see if this solves the issue
Can you turn on WP debug mode and let us know what error message you are getting

Good morning! I did not change my child theme to parent theme as you requested as it seems not working with parents theme on live preview anyway.

But I got the error msg ??

Fatal error: Call to undefined method CMTooltipGlossaryFrontend::cmtt_getReferralSnippet() in /home1/eatlikej/public_html/wp-content/plugins/enhanced-tooltipglossary/frontend/cm-tooltip-glossary-frontend.php on line 827

Please download the new version we have uploaded and test it. It should fix this issue. Please let us know

Hello, I checked my site and CM tooltip plugin was auto updated to latest version but still has same problem.

I was actually deleting some URLs that did not reach to any page and some were actually glossary posts. Do you think this was the problem? I checked everything I deleted was 404 error though…..here are some example of URLs I deleted.
