CM MAP LOCATIONS javascript error

    I recently installed the CM map locations plugin to my WordPress site, theme is Avenue. however I get an error when trying to add locations. JAvascript error. it happens in all browsers I have tried, chrome , IE of which both are the latest versions. The map flashes with the UK google maps then returns the error. So I am unable to add locations currently.
