• I found this plugin really tedious to use. It took way too long to find out how to work around the silliest of flaws, such as stripping margin and padding from block elements such as paragraphs and lists in the content and stripping bullets and indentation from lists. Stupid. I had to style each element inline and it still REFUSED to give me disc bullets for my lists! Why this happens is completely beyond me when the kind of window I selected was CALLED ‘HTML’!

The free plugin doesn’t allow you to limit the number of times the pop-up appears, you have to BUY that feature. Really???

When you don’t like the style of a ‘cancel’ cross graphic in their ‘theme’ – none of which is retina-resolution, in 2020 – you can only import a replacement image that YOU have made, not any of their others.

I regret wasting time with this plugin and won’t be using it again. It’s just too clunky and time-consuming to get the thing to look halfway decent even for something simple.

  • Hi @cyberdog64,

Thank you for using our plugin.
I will now answer to your inquiries one by one.

You have mentioned about the HTML editor in the first part of your message.
We are using the default editor of WordPress service. It has the same functionality, that you can see when editing pages and posts.
Also, we have an option, that when the user has another page builder or a theme plugin we also support the editor of that corresponding plugins.
So, if there is an advanced editor, the customers can freely use it and create more interesting popup content.
What is more, we have created a custom CSS option in the popup settings which is free of charge. Here is the option.

As for the second part, the option is available with free version, you can check here to find the location of it: https://prnt.sc/rhlmkr

As for the next part, can you please clarify what you mean?

I believe, you will consider changing the review after these answers.
