CLS Issue

  • When running my site through google PSI, I’m getting a significant CLS of 0.37 from <div class=”site grid-container container hfeed” id=”page” style=”height: auto !important;”>. This seems to be GP-related, and I have read through various other answers and implement all solutions but still facing same issue. Is it simply a matter of disabling lazy loading of images in wp-core, or is there another issue here?

  • Hi @rahelakousar,

    There’s no code in GP that would cause CLS inherently. It only likely shows that div in your result as an outcome of something else – the actual cause.

    Try disabling all non-GP plugins and don’t use a Google Font to test.
