Clover Reporting Wrong Taxable Amount for WooCommerce Orders

I am a developer; my client sells products in WooCommerce that are taxable and non-taxable. When the client generates tax reports in clover, it displays the full transaction amount for WooCommerce Orders under the “taxable amount” column. For example if the woocommerce order was for $44.00 and only $16.00 of that order was taxable, clover will still report the full $44.00 under “taxable amount” instead of $16.00. Is this a bug with the plugin, or is there a setting somewhere to fix it? Thank you.
