What does it? (I know it’s for Cloudways)
Even if I turned it on, I get a purge error.
Regardless of its status, setting 127.0.0.1:8080 make Varnish works.
I thought just turning it on makes Varnish works on Cloudways without additional setting.

I’m sorry, are you saying that you are getting an error with clearing the varnish cache? Then you need to check with Cloudways to confirm what port they are using for varnish in your server.

    IT IS 127.0.0.1:8080

I thought you already know it since there are topics about it.
My question is that why don’t you make it automatic if you implement “Cloudways” option.
    What is it for?

Yes but if the port is correct then the cache should be getting purged. I thought the port is different on your server. Yo u can enable log verbosity to HIGH inside plugin settings > advance tab and then try to clear cache and download the log to see what’s going on.

I know, I found that purging problem by check the log and it turned out that I need to set host and port manually.
Why the Cloudways option doesn’t set the host and port automatically?
    It’s confusing.
Or you should add a description there at least.
    Not user friendly.

Cause you can have your server setup differently to use different IP and/or port.

No one changes the host and the port of Varnish on Cloudways usually.
Such users don’t use Cloudways, they use a plain VPS.

Again, you should add a description there at least.
