using version 2.6.0 of Cloudinary plugin when accessing the user’s BuddyPress profile page, the profile page is not shown, no error is shown, only the page header and footer are properly shown.

but when switching back to Cloudinary plugin v2.5.0 the buddypress profile page starts loading fine again.

    the WP version is 5.6.1

    Hi @marcomc,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Do you have an example URL where we can see the profile page broken and not broken? Do you have any logs also on your side? When looking at https://dev.moutilus.com/, I can see some images delivered through Cloudinary but I can see some blocks that do not have a background image.

Will you be willing to provide us with temporary access to a sandbox environment of your site where we can take a look and debug the issue here? If yes, could you please open a ticket to [email protected] to share those credentials.

    Thanks in advance.
    Best,

    Hi,
I can confirm that v2.6 of Cloudinary plugin breaks BBPress and now no forum pages show on my website.
I have checked it on both live and staging websites and disabling Cloudinary sorts the issue.
I need to rollback to version 2.5, where can I get that from?
    Thanks

    Hi @pharqall,

You can get the 2.5.0 here.

Could you please share a URL where we can see the issue when the plugin is live?

Will you also be willing to provide us with temporary access to a sandbox environment of your site where we can take a look and debug the issue here? If yes, could you please open a ticket to [email protected] to share those credentials?

    Thanks,
    Loic
