• quick question, do I need to set up a ‘Cloudflare Workers? subdomain’?

When I click on ‘manager workers’ in my sites Cloudflare setting, it goes to a page which states…

“You may use this subdomain to deploy your application live to Cloudflare’s global network. You can change it at any time.”

Can I ignore this? will WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache work just fine without it?

    – well, you can. It will not create any issue for you. It’s just a worker setup. You can ignore it but if you do Cloudflare will just put some random string as your subdomain name. So, it’s fine anyways.

Thanks for answering quickly. I have one more question/issue. My site is hosted on Siteground, so I don’t have access to Nginx config.

I turned off all Nginx caching as it seemed to mess things up. It looks like the correct info is in the htaccess anyway. However, one issue I have is with the caching of my xml site map. When testing I can see it’s being cached. I have it set up in the plugin page to NOT cache, but that doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas?

    Hello @paulig ,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Are you using another caching system alongside WP Cloudflare super page cache? If the answer is yes, then that is probably the reason for the caching of the sitemap as if you disabled it in the plugin settings, it shouldn’t be cached.

If that didn’t work, would you share the website URL with us so we can check further?

Thank you and we’ll await your answer!
