Cloudflare Stream Library appears blank

  • I’ve been using the Buddyboss Theme and Platform along with Learndash for our trainin site and we’ve been using cloudflare streaming services for our videos since 2 years. However earlier today when I uploaded new videos on our cloudflare account I was not able to add them to the respective Learndash lessons using the cloudlare stream video pluggin. When I open the Cloudflare Stream Library it appears blank.

    Suspecting that there may be a plugin clash I disabled all other plugins and even tried another theme along with the cloudlare stream video pluggin and yet the library still appeared blank.

    Is this plugin no more supported? In that case we can not use cloudflare streaming with wp. Is this a fixable issue or should we use another plugin? What should we do? Please advise.

  • As far as I can recall, the Cloudflare Stream Video Block element has never worked for me, only doing what you’ve described here.

    You can choose to instead use a shortcode. This method may have more success, but you’ll need to manually locate your video id’s from your Cloudflare dashboard.
