Printful works well, but not if you have cloudflare installed. It seems that cloudflare firewall blocks api requests from printful. I am sure this is solvable. It would be great if printful could provide a step-by-step-guide of what rules to add at cloudflare.

NOTE: I have found a solution with the help of printful support.

I have added a cloudflare page rule:

    URL: https://xxx.com/wp-json/wc/v2/*
Rule: WAF (Web application Firwall) is set to OFF

That worked for me. It is not optimal, but for the time being, it helps and sync works now.

PS: The printful support was very helpful and asked their developers to help – many thanks for that!

  • Hey thanks for the cloudflare tip! I wrote a firewall rule to allow the ip address and it works.

Ah, that worked? Is it always the same ip? Would you mind sharing what ip you used? What was the exact rule options you used? “Allow”?
