Can you deactivate and delete the plugin and install it fresh and then enable Cloudflare Cache under the Cloudflare Cache tab?

I deactivated and deleted the plugin, installed and enabled Cloudflare Cache and now I have the following error:

Cache status: REVALIDATED – The resource is served from cache but is stale. The resource was revalidated by either an If-Modified-Since header or an If-None-Match header.

What should I do?
