    The main domain on my site has a number of sub-domains with separate WP installs.

    Am I right in presuming that unless I also change the settings in WP Fastest Cache on the subdomains to turn on CloudFlare CDN, those sub-domains won’t be cached?

    wp fastest cache does not create cache for the sub-domains if you did not install wp fastest cache for them.
