    Cloudflare breaks the download
    My web site use HTTPS, WordPress 4.9.8 and WP Rocket cache plugin.
    I use Donwload page plugin in addition to download manager. I try without this plugin, same issue happen.
    Turning cloudflare off is the only solution to make the file download again.

    Download start but end in error wit “Network failure”

    Did you get this sorted?

    I am using cloudflare and just installed the plugin and also get network error. File won’t download.

    If I enable file-redirect, then the file loads in my browser. But when I want to download it, it throws an error.
