No really , since they are both reverse-proxy to your origin server , you might be able to set it like double reverse-proxy , but I suspect that will only slow things down rather than make it faster.

If you insist , sure, but it’d make more sense if you set up a separated domain , like cdn.domain.com , set that to CF to cache static resources rather than proxy your main domain.
