Closing the gap between post headline and “previous/recent entries” links?

I’ve tried everything to find the code in the stylesheet where I can move the post headline closer to the the two entry links at the top on a single post page. Anybody know what that’s under in the css? I’m losing patience (and hair). Thanks for any/all help!
