• Closed tickets can be re-opened when the customer responds after closing. I would like to prevent the closed tickets being re-opened, thus impeding the customer to add a new answer to a closed ticket. How do I do it?

    It is not possible in current version. But it is a good suggestion that can be implement. We have added this suggestion in our suggestion list. After discussing with our development team, we’ll take decision on this and let you know the outcome as soon as we can.
