Closed Captions Settings Are No Longer Working

    Hello,

    The closed captions settings on the plugin are no longer working.

    I have tried:

    1. Closed Captions: Turn on closed captions by default. (does not work)

    2. Closed Captions Language: Select the preferred default language for closed captions (when available). (does not work)

    3. I have tried without the plugin with a direct embed using:
    a. &cc_load_policy=1
    b. &cc_lang_pref=en&cc_load_policy=1

    I have cleared all caches after each try but nothing seems to work.

    Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
