Close to perfect – just a little more

We’ve been using WP Staging for our two primary websites and WP staging is very user friendly and quick at creating a clone of your original website.

One of our sites is a WooCommerce based website, and WP staging narrowly falls short of being perfect. While we can certainly clone our website easily, pushing changes to the live site has not yet been succesful – apparently due to the ongoing proces of receiving orders on the live site.

We’ve also had a few hickups with permalinks, which requires a bit of technical knowledge to work around.

All in all, we’re very satistied using WP Staging as a tool to test changes in PHP, HTML CSS and new plugins, but I would not recommended pushing changes if you’re running a webshop.
