    Hi,

I’m using your plugin to create a popup with a buttom to contact page. The thing is that when someone clicks that button and gets redirected to contact page, the popup opens again in that page.

Is there a way to disable popup opening after a person clicks the contact button? (in addition to clicking the button to close the popup?)

    Thank you

    Hello @joseribeiro

Thank you for reaching out to us!

I’m happy to assist you with your concern. Yes, there is a way to disable the popup after selecting the button. Kindly add a cookie event on the popup settings. You can use?‘Cookies’ option settings?for the popup. Set the cookie to use the?On Popup Close?and add a?cookie time.?It can be by?the following:
    – seconds,
    – minute(s),
    – hour(s),
    – day(s),
    – month(s), and?
    – year(s)

Please be advised that another important setting you will need to do is to set the cookie name to the Trigger settings to make it work.?

    Please see this sample?screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/qGuEkY7D

You may also use different settings and add targeting condition. Kindly select the page/post where you want to display the popup only as seen here https://share.getcloudapp.com/6qu86wGP

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin.
