Close on conversion NOT working

    We migrated to this plugin today and upon migration, we noticed that the popup is closing even is there is no conversion. We specifically check in the settings,

    Close on conversion is set to yes.

    Please advise.

    Hi @nlucinada125,
    Could you elaborate a bit more on what actions are taken to the popup when it closes?

    Close on conversion set to yes means that for example if a user sends a form or clicks a button the popup close.

    Setting that to no it will make the popup remain open when the form it’s submitted.

    Clicking outside of the poupup or pressing close button will also close the popup and set the closing cookie.
