Hello! Thank you for your great plugin.

I have noticed after the last update that some of my styles have gone awry, mostly in relation to the close button. You will notice that upon visiting my homepage, if you scroll all the way to the bottom, the “close” button is visible, though there are no popups on that page or triggers for them. Additionally, if you click on any of the download buttons on https://www.the9mmberetta.com/about/downloads/ you will trigger the popup, and you will notice that the close button is now in the upper left hand corner of the screen as opposed to where it is supposed to be, in the upper right hand corner of the popup, and not the right color background (it is supposed to be black), either. Some popups don’t even have a close button. Only one of 3 popups appear to be functioning correctly.

    Steps I have tried:
    – Changing popup themes (other themes appear to have this issue as well), as well as changing back from a default theme
    – Purging caches
    – Reinstalling the plugin
    – Checking my own styling parameters (though I have not changed anything recently)

    Any other ideas?

Hi @the9mm – sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

I viewed your website and I see what you mean.

May I ask, do you have any caching plugin active on your website? If so, then you try to deactivate the caching plugin temporarily from your end?to see if that helps.

Also,?are you?using any Cloudflare or any CDN? If so, then could you please try it?again with?Cloudflare turned off?or?in Dev mode?so we can make sure?

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly?rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, for us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check out this link:?https://wppopupmaker.com/support/?Thank you.

    Hi Maria,

I did as suggested which did not resolve the issue. I have taken out a support ticket at your support desk.
