Close Button refreshing the page

Hello,

I have 2 boxzilla pop-ups on the website.
First is the Cookies that automatically appears on the bottom right.
Second is the Sign-up form that is triggered by a button.

The problem is that the Sign-up Button of the form refreshes the page.

To re-create the problem:
1. Open the sign-up form by clicking on the ‘Pre-register Now’ at the bottom of the page.
2. You don’t have to fill-up the form. Click on the Close (X) button on the top right.
3. Re-open the sign-up form by clicking on the ‘Pre-register Now’.
4. You don’t have to fill up the form. Just click on the ‘Sign-up’ button.
5. Voila, the page refreshes ??
