On a mobile device, the pop-up disappears when the user clicks anywhere on the screen. Is there a way to make that happen ONLY when the user clicks on the Close button?

that shouldn’t happen. If you create a new popup with just the demo content also happens?

Hi Damian, you can try it here. I noticed that it also happens on the desktop version (not just mobile)

Hi Damian, do you have any updates on this? Wasn’t sure if this behavior is a bug and if there is a fix…

I think I got your message wrong. That’s normal behaviour when someone clicks OUTSIDE of the popup. If clicked inside of the popup it won’t close.

Clicking outside usually means the user wants to actually close the popup. The premium version does include a way to disable advanced closed method, but not the lite version.
