close button not working

Seems there is an issue with the CSS.
Could you please try to increase the Z index of the popup to the maximal value (2147483647)?

Please let us know when you do so that we can check it on our end too.

Please, copy this code: jQuery('.sgpb-content-'+popupId).prev().removeAttr('class');

And add it in the 3rd field of your popup’s Custom JS option (on the bottom of your popup options): https://prnt.sc/q620qv
