Close Button Not Showing

    Hello,

    I was wondering if you could please help me with my error with the close button,

    The popup opens after a few seconds great, but I cant see / change the close button, I know it’s there as I can hover over it as it’s white…

    I have put the colour in the theme editor for the close button as red to match the rest of website but the colour is not showing on the popup.

    Please could you walk me through step by step how to fix? I tried to copy the show CSS to style.css in theme editor then disable the CSS Load for the pop up theme but it did not work.

    Please could you assist?

    Hello @danielaamer – we apologize for the delayed response.

    I viewed your website in incognito mode and it seems the popup is displaying the close button properly. See screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zuy2RxB May I ask, have you managed to sort that out? If so, then I’m glad to hear that!

    Otherwise, you can try to delete/purge all browsers’ cache and caching plugin cache to see if the issue will still persist. You can also try it in a different browser or in incognito mode as well.?I hope that helps.
