Hello, I have added on my website the banner after testing it on my stage website. I think due to the cookie script plugin, the close button expiration function is not working. After pressing the close button and refreshing the page, the banner reappears(the expiration duration is set to 7 days). On my stage site this function works perfectly, so I think this is 100% due to the cookies plugin. Do you know what can I do? Regards

Thanks! So i took a look, everything is working properly in terms of Simple Banner, but you have something on your site that is deleting the cookie that keeps the banner closed. I would take a look through your other plugins to see if there is some setting that you can change. Not sure it helps but the only cookie that remains is named chtl_cus.

Thanks a lot! I will check the problem with the cookies. Regards!
