    Hello,
    In my website I had to disable Facebook for WooCommerce Plugin because the chat popup is ever open and the button to close doesn’t work. It happen in the mobile version and also in the desktop one. In the mobile version the website is not navigable with the plugin activated.
    How can I solve this problem? I red that is a Facebook known issue but It isn’t solve for me.
    I have wordpress 5.4.2 and Facebook for WooCommerce 1.11.4

    @giuseppewhig : I’m going to need a bit more information in order to better understand this case. Would it be possible to let me know if you’re referring to the Messenger button being minimized or are you referring to another issue with the button completely being disabled on your end? An example would be really helpful if you can provide me with one so I can further investigate.

    Thanks for your answer.
    I activated the plugin and prepare a video of what happen.

    You can see that if one user want minimize the chat popup it is impossible, in both desktop and mobile version.

    Thank you very much for capturing that screen recording. You’re correct, it seems like the minimize button is unresponsive. In order to further investigate, would it be possible to update to the latest version of our plugin and try enabling the plugin again?

    Even though our plugin doesn’t make any changes to the code regarding the Messenger button appearing in your site, it’s possible that with the new version of our plugin you’ll be able to easily manage it and deactivate it if needed without having to deactivate the entire plugin.

    Would you please let me know if the issue persists when you have a chance to go through the above?
