Close Box Not Appearing

I have just installed the Responsive Lightbox Lite. Links to external URLs open the page in a lightbox, but there is no close button. Clicking outside the IFrame or pressing Escape on the keyboard closes the window, but there is a good number of people who do not know that. I have checked the lightbox settings, but nothing is jumping out at me (sorry for the pun).
Here is how I am calling the IFrame:
