Cloning to new (private) domain…?

    My client needs us to make a clone of their entire multisite (containing 3 subsites) to a whole new domain, for testing and development purposes.

    It will be a private domain on the same server, accessible only to computers with the redirect lines in their hosts file, but should be an exact clone of the entire multisite, and should enable overwriting with fresh versions periodically.

    Can NS Cloner do this? – and if not, is there anything you can recommend?

    Hey – thanks for the question. Currently the NS Cloner won’t help you with this scenario, although we hope to add support for this kind of thing in the future.

    In the meantime you might check out a great tool called: wp migrate db pro
