We host our site locally, and are planning to duplicate it externally for disaster recovery. It appears that your plug-in is what we are looking for as far as cloning the site to the new server, however we would then want to update the site weekly (it doesn’t change so much so a weekly update would be sufficient). We plan to use an external DNS site which would ping our server and if it finds it is unreachable, it would then automatically redirect to the “backup” server. It seems like overkill to use your product for the weekly updates, or would over-writing the whole site weekly actually be easier than restoring a database and file backup from one of the WordPress backup utilities? Thank you for your assistance.

Of course, I find a response that pretty much answers my question after I post it. Sorry. the “Duplicator: First time deploys only? Or good for iteration deploys too?” post pretty much covered it. Thanks!

No problem… Thanks for the update.
