I used the cloning function (which by the way I would like to see as well for regular post in WP) and cloned an event four times. After I wanted to change the featured image, I saw that in my media library there were a lot of grey boxes. Investigating further there were 3 dead copies of each image existing in the library (not only the one used in the event). So here sits a bug somewhere. I am sure it is easy to replicate, just create one event with a featured image, clone it and you should find a strange copy of the image in the library as well.

Correction: It only created this clone of images that are connected with the regarding event (In my case it were all because it is on a test site and I uploaded them all in once so WP shows “Uploaded to” and the name of the event post. Still if you do as described it should create at least one of those grey boxes.

Another bug with cloning appeared: When an event with repeated days is cloned, the clone is loosing the repetition days somehow. In the Agenda view, the clone is lacking the date box on the left side at the repeated dates. The original has them correctly in all instances.

    Hey Sofian777,
Please raise any feature request at ideas.time.ly (i.e. cloning for regular post).
Ben will take a look at this in the next few days.

    Thanks for your patience
