Cloner gets stuck at 15%

    Hi there!

    I have been using NS cloner without problems for about a year, but since 5 days ago I am not able to finish a clone. The process gets stuck at around 11 to 15% and never gets completed. Every time, the files and tables are all cloned according to the progress overview, but the rows get stuck.

    If I cancel the process, a clone has been made but no pages or other content is available.

    I am using the following combination:

    Version WP 5.2.4.
    Version NS Cloner: 4.0.5

    According to the website this combination should work.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi there!

    Thanks so much for your reply. In the meantime I have run some more tests and it seems that a custom css file reference is causing the problem. If I take this reference out, the cloning works fine.

    I will take this up with our technical support who created this custom css option. So for now I don’t need any further support.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    Hello team,

    I am doing a simple clone of main site to new child site at grafitiexpressions.com (main site).
    Using this plugin i managed to create the first sub-site baner.grafitiexpressions.com.
    However, when i am now trying to do another clone from main to a new sub-site (au.grafitiexpressions.com) it is stuck at 36% with the below stats. Almost completed the table cloning and files cloning. Rows is leftover.

    Hi @paragp – can you try running it with the debug log option enabled, and then download the log from NS Cloner > Status / Logs and send it to us privately at [email protected]? It’s hard to tell just from the numbers what’s happening but that log may give us some clues so we can get back to you with a specific answer.
