Cloned Subsite But Main Site Cloned Instead

    Hello, I’m running WordPress 5.8.1 and your latest plugin update and I just cloned a subsite (Site ID: 31) and the cloning process finished but when I go to the dashboard or website of the newly cloned site, it is a clone of my main site not site ID 31. Any idea why this is happening or what I need to do to clone a specific subsite? I followed the plugin steps exactly. Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    The first thing I’d consider is if your site has object caching — we’ve seen a fair number of cases with sites using object caching where the clone was actually completed successfully but didn’t show up as such or appear correctly until the server-side object cache was cleared.

    Beyond that, feel free to test a clone with the Debug log option enabled and send the log to us privately at [email protected] and we can take a look at it for you.
