Cloned site has extra stylesheet

    That stylesheet only loads for the single Cloner plugin page in the network admin dashboard and shouldn’t be changing any default WP styles. Are you sure you have the right culprit? What button sizes are you referring to and what pages are affected? Maybe something else is going on?
