Clone wordpress installation for mobile site.

Hey, I have looked everywhere for an answer to this, but no luck. What I’m trying to do is make a mobile friendly version of my site at htttp://m.iknowtec.com. I have tried mobile theme switcher plugins, but I want to be able to edit theme options, custom plugins, etc. What I need to know is how to make all of my posts from one WordPress installation go to the other. https://iknowtec.com >> https://m.iknowtec.com
