    Hi,
    i have a problem when i generate e “clone” of the template (Product Carousel).

    Something was wrong (i think the template the new cloned template miss jquery o something similar) and, instead of Carousel, i see an html li-bulleted list of products.

    Can you help me please to solve the problem?

    Thanks for your feedback. Can you do a fresh install of v1.3? We recently did some essential code changes in v1.3 related to cloning template. Doing this will fix the issue.

    yes, i have already updated the plugin to 1.3 version but the problem is still there. Sorry.

    Initially with v1.3 there were issues with clone template which we fixed right after we identified it.
    Can you confirm that you did a plugin deactivate, delete and a fresh installation of v1.3? This is supposed to fix the issue.

    Alternatively you can try re-saving the cloned template to invalidate the cached copy of it.

    If the above steps doesn’t solve the issue, can you write to us at [email protected] with screenshots?

    In my opinion, you should remove the “Acquista su Amazon” (<h2> title) from the default template.
    I think nobody wants that <h2> and everyone wants to take it off ??

    Hi delizard,

    We just launched v1.3.2 which is supposed to fix the issue with cloned templates. Please update to the latest version and let us know if you are still facing this issue.

    P.S. You don’t need to backup your templates if you’re coming from v1.3
