Clone sub site to primary on multisite

Hello everyone,

I created a wordpress multisite in order to make tests for updates and client approuval. Now that the secondary site has been approuved i want to clone it to the primary site.
clone secondary.mysite.com >>> mysite.com.
I tried the NS clone plugin but it seems like it just does the opposite. Please help me with this, thanks in advance.
