Clock is running on campaigns in pending status

I have not launched my platform for pledges yet. That happens October 11. I’ve had a few campaigns submitted in the meantime that are sitting in pending status and have noticed that the countdown clock is running as if the campaign was live. This is a major issue. Need some assistance as soon as possible.
