CLOAKING LINKS?

  • Hi,
    I;ve been googling about for a while now but still confused as to the best way to cloak links both on wordpress and word/pdf’s

    Anyway my quesiton is what is the best/easiest way to cloak links to stop them from showing in the address bar on wordpress + on word + pdfs
