    Hi Sadik114 & debasti.,

    For mailer Recipients field please use your own email, the Reply To Email field is used so you can email the customer directly from your email when you received the mailer notification, so please fill Reply To Email field with %client.email_slug%.

    From Email. fill it with your wordpress email so when one email come to your email account, you can figure it out that your wordpress have been email you (as the Recipients) the mailer email (as notification – someone has filling your form), and you can directly message the someone in your email because you have set them in Reply To Email field with %client.email_slug%.
