Clients background-image not responsive

    Hi guys, the last step to finish my website is to make clients background-image responsive.
    I have put a white cloud as image where clients will scrool in the slicklist, it looks great except that won’t resize on smaller screen.
    Can you please help me get it works? ??
    I can’t post the page cause i’m on localhost
