Clients Area Add-on not working

    Many days passed and I’m not getting support, and this is a payed add-on, not the free product.

    A license code never came on the email, so I couldn’t use the ticket system on creator’s website.

    ?Can anybody help me? The shortcode generated from the editor doesn’t seem to be ok:

    Looks to generic to be the right one for the clients area.
