Selecting Clients or when adding them to their companies – HOW?

Trying to under stand how to add the clients? 

Our  clients are Companies with several users

Lets say: 

Hotel 
              User 1 Email 
              User 2 Email 

Letting Agent
              User 1 Email 
              User 2 Email 
              User 3 Email 

When I create a User (as support Ticket User) I need to allocate him/her to the company they are from ?

When creating a ticket HOW to we place the user in the correct company? 
We also need to see all the tickets as Techs for a Particular Client say “Letting Agent”

nope completely incorrect ??

please read the email again, that is 5 support emails coming in
I want to be able to see how many tickets have been opened by all techs for the Hotel?

Example
50 customers (as in businesses) and over 200 emails between them we need to know which email belongs to which customer?

Oh So not much help as a ticket help desk? we support lots of businesses who have lots of staff

I can’t really stick them all in a one company!!
