Client website error

I have installed the plugin on a clients website, and the new login page is working.
However, when you visit https://www.opthr.co.uk/wp-login.php it shows the correct error 404 page.
However, when you visit https://www.opthr.co.uk it shows a really weird page that hasnt loaded properly?
