Client wants something that is impossible??

Hey peeps,

I have a client that needs something extraordinary for his website :/

He wants a submit tab where customers can place and image, with copy. Now this is not hard, but then … he requires those images and copy the customers submit, to be automatically placed inside the appropriate pages and image holders, with the images re-scaling automatically to the right size!

How do I explain to the customer that this is not possible and he needs to do the ground work manually?? CMS after all. Or am I missing a wonderful plugin, code that can do this?

Any help would be amazing!
