Hi! I have clients who are not familiar with WooCommerce at all (and tbh they don’t have the time or desire to learn it, which is why they are paying me).

Anyway it is imperative that they print labels for the shipments. Can they print labels without having to navigate to woocommerce > settings > shipping labels?? Can they print from an email confirmation?

    Thanks!

I would like them to be able to print directly from usps.com or stamps.com for instance, and have tracking number automatically sent to customer. Is there a way to integrate woocommerce services with a usps account so everything can be handled off-site? I do not want client to have to login to wordpress dashboard at all.

    Hi @kno13,

Unfortunately, there is no other way to create a shipping label other apart from the WooCommerce dashboard. Additionally, since no USPS account is needed to run WooCommerce Services, there would be no account for your client’s to log into.

There exists a premium WooCommerce extension to connect to stamps.com — FYI the postage prices are the same.

Once connected, print label screen is all within your site. If you’ve added product weights and box sizes/weights it will calculate for you, and you can split between multiple boxes

For random packages it is a bit of a PITA because there is no option to enter a custom size on the fly. But it works well and if you are using calculated shipping it does a good job of it.
