Client side Chat window never appears

    when we try to initiate a chat, the chat window on the client side never appears.

    The user shows up on the dashboard end and I’m able to get the chat window to pop up, but the client side only ever sees the form that asks for the name and email. it doesn’t switch over to the chat window.

    the following errors pop up every time I try to initiate a chat:

    I have removed the IP Address.

    ok, I’ve discovered that the chat box is actually being created on the page, however it appears that the style switching that hides the original form and pops up the chatbox does not appear to be working.

    I was able to resolve my issue. I found that I was having a jquery library conflict.
