Client offline camera by default

    Hello
    We want to create a virtual showroom.
    Is it possible to have the client’s camera off by default when opening a video call, so they dont have to show their face upfront, but only if they want to. Right now it looks like it both sound and video or nothing.

    They idea is that we want our clients to talk an agent, but without having the camera on, wich could be intimidating.

    Thanks for reaching out!!
    Currently, we let your customers choose to either use the Videocall or Audiocall (two separate buttons).
    In case you’d like to force audio-calls, you can set customized buttons on the website itself. This will let you set your own buttons that will trigger such actions.
