I set up a contact form and tested it with my personal email address. I received it but when I put the client’s email address in, she isn’t getting it. Why might that be? I’ve sending her emails to that email address and she gets them. I copy/pasted it so there shouldn’t be a typo.

Finally coming through, takes an hour. Perhaps gmail is causing a delay.

    Hi @cheryls

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’m glad to hear that this is now resolved.??

In case it helps, you can further improve email deliverability by authenticating emails from your domain which will ensure that they are not filtered by the receiving mail server.

To do this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps!
